Children are the future and their mental health plays a vital role in their well-being. They are constantly bombarded with new information, experiences and emotions which can be overwhelming and difficult to process. Therapy provides an opportunity to talk through and process these experiences and emotions to bring forth growth, healing and clarity.

Children must be taught how to think, not what to think.
